Pilates Class descriptions
Align Reformer Pilates
Get your flow on in this classic reformer Pilates class. We focus on building body awareness, controlled movements, and enhancing overall strength and mobility. This is a great starting point if you’re brand new to reformer Pilates. It’s also perfect if you want a lower impact yet full-body workout where you can go at your own pace
Sculpt Reformer Pilates
Feel toned and strong in this weights-focused class. We concentrate on toning the core, upper and lower body using ankle weights, dumbbells and booty bands. Correct technique and repetition is the focus so you can get that sweet muscle burn. This is a moderately paced class that will leave you feeling powerful and in control.
STRONG Reformer Pilates
Not your typical pilates class! We take the benefits of pilates to the next level by combining reformer exercises with functional weight and strength training. Get ready to work your whole body with interval and circuit training designed to get your muscles shaking and your heart pumping. We place a strong focus on technique and mindful movement, utilising resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells – and of course, the reformer!
