Class descriptions

Open Reformer Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve posture, tone up, and enhance your overall well being. Our open reformer pilates class is suitable for both new and experienced students. In class, you have the power to adjust the intensity to suit your strength and experience.

Pregnancy Reformer Pilates

Nourish your body, adapt to new limitations, and connect with other women during your pregnancy. We focus on full-body movement, alignment and toning to support you throughout your pregnancy.

Mums & Bubs Reformer Pilates

Whether you want to regain core strength after pregnancy and childbirth or open your chest and shoulders while breastfeeding, this class will help. Bring bubs with you and feel free to stop to breastfeed or comfort bubs at any time. It’s a no judgement zone.
