I want to start reformer Pilates
Pilates is a gamechanger for overall health and wellbeing. It’s safe and accessible for all ages and levels of fitness. It is also a great way to rehabilitate injuries. We can’t wait to share this fantastic form of exercise with you.
If you’re in good health and have practised Pilates before, you can go ahead and get started with our open reformer pilates classes.
If you are pregnant, postnatal, have pelvic floor concerns, or are injured, please book an initial consultation before getting started.

Of course (we were all beginners once). We recommend you book a private introductory session here before going into classes so we can show you how to use the equipment and run through basic exercises and techniques. An intro session will help you get the most out of Pilates and give you an extra dose of confidence when you attend your first class.
Pilates can be fantastic in supporting rehabilitation from injuries. If you are injured or recovering, please book a physiotherapy assessment first.
On arrival, let your teacher know this is your first class. They will keep a close eye on you during class to make sure you’re moving safely. We will guide you through a range of tasks in each 55-minute class. You will use the reformer pilates frame and other equipment like weights and magic circles (don’t worry we’ll explain everything as you go) to get an incredible workout. You can take things at your own pace until your fitness and confidence grow.
We recommend comfortable clothing that you feel good moving in—yoga tights and a t-shirt is perfect. For safety, everyone must wear grip socks in class which you can purchase in the studio on arrival for $15.
We provide all equipment. Simply bring a water bottle and a small hand towel. The only thing you may need to buy if you don’t have them, are reformer pilates grip socks.
Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your first class so that we can show you around the studio and introduce you to your instructor.

Congratulations, we love helping mums-to-be prepare you for birth. You will start with an initial private consultation so we can talk about your pregnancy, pelvic floor and any other symptoms. After this, you may move into our pregnancy reformer pilates classes or onto a custom plan that puts yours and bubs’ health first.
