Danni Gillham
Founder & Principal Physiotherapist
Danni is a science geek and women’s health devotee. As a mum of 3, she is particularly interested in postnatal care and helping women return to exercise in a safe and empowered way.
Danni believes that as a society, we need to normalise changes that occur in the body. In her consults, you’ll get a profoundly compassionate approach with a side of real talk and education. You’ll also find Danni teaching reformer pilates, pregnancy reformer pilates and mums and bubs pilates classes.

Anthony Greiner
Senior Physiotherapist
Anthony has extensive experience treating all musculoskeletal injuries. He has a fantastic knowledge of women’s health and is a compassionate new dad (he’s Danni’s other half).
Ant is experienced in dealing with athletes—his physical strength comes in handy when treatments require a little more pressure. Our women clients often send their hubby and sons to Ant (men are welcome to come in for physio treatments). You’ll also find Ant leading our group physiotherapy classes.

Katrina McEvoy (Returning Jan 2026)
Titled Continence & Women's Health Physiotherapist
Katrina is a Titled Continence & Women’s Health Physiotherapist with over 20 years experience. She juggled border closures and mum-life to complete a Masters degree in Continence & Pelvic Health at Curtin University. Her skills have been fine-tuned at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital, and more recently in the maternity and gynaecological surgery wards at Pindara Hospital, where she also works part-time.
Katrina loves supporting women throughout their life stages, particularly with pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, and post gynaecological surgery. She is also a mother to 2 little girls.

Emma Jackson
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Emma is a dedicated Women’s Health Physiotherapist with a background in Exercise and Sports Science, a Masters in Physiotherapy, and accreditation as a Clinical Pilates teacher. She recently became a meditation teacher to bridge the gap in mental health support for women.
After becoming a mother in 2021, Emma is deeply attuned to the needs of mothers and mothers-to-be, tailoring her care to empower women throughout their health journey. She’s committed to ensuring no barriers prevent women from feeling their best.

Tahlia Kazim
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor
Tahlia’s passion for women’s health runs deep. A former gymnast with a lifelong love of movement, she’s driven to help women feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies — whether they’re navigating pregnancy, postnatal recovery, or managing pelvic health concerns.
With a knack for blending physiotherapy with Pilates-based movement, Tahlia helps women build strength, ease pain, and reconnect with their bodies. Her warm energy, thoughtful approach, and commitment to ongoing learning mean you’ll have a trusted partner by your side, offering up-to-date advice and unwavering support to help you reach your health and wellness goals.

Massage therapist
Originally from Canada, Cristina has embraced Australia as her home for nearly 10 wonderful years. Not only is she a talented massage therapist, but she’s also a dedicated mom to Alessandro and Emilia.
With an impressive 15 years of experience, Cristina’s an expert at remedial massage, lymphatic massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, reflexology, and pregnancy & postnatal massage. She’s your go-to gal for all things relaxing and rejuvenating – pure bliss awaits!

Ally Duffill
Women's Health & Prenatal Dietitian
Ally is a proud Wiradjuri woman, self-confessed foodie, Pilates lover, and passionate advocate for women’s health. As an accredited practising Women’s Health Dietitian and Nutritionist (APD), she’s dedicated to helping women navigate the complexities of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and reproductive health conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, and adenomyosis.
Having experienced hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) during her own pregnancy, Ally understands how isolating and overwhelming it can be to manage a complex condition. By working with Ally, you’ll receive tailored, evidence-based advice and unconditional support to help you feel empowered and cared for throughout your journey.

Dimitra (Dimi) Sklavos
Studio Manager
Dimi’s love affair with pilates started as a dedicated six days a week pilates student at The Wellness Boutique. It was impossible to miss her bubbly and bright personality, so we hired her as our receptionist! Dimi has since completed her Pilates instructor training and keeps the studio running beautifully in her role as Studio Manager.
