Ash Tumer

Women's Health Physiotherapist

Before physiotherapy, Ash spent years as a paramedic navigating high-pressure medical emergencies — yes, that includes once delivering a baby in a convenience store. Having weathered her own complex pregnancies and rebuilt her strength after bowel cancer, she understands the body’s resilience firsthand.

Ash blends clinical precision with genuine nervous system support, so you feel safe, heard and empowered throughout your recovery. She treats the root cause of your symptoms — not just the surface-level pain — so you can return to what you love with confidence.

  • Injury & musculoskeletal rehabilitation
  • Nervous system support (acupuncture, dry needling & breathwork)
