The Honouring Our Habits Challenge — a 21-day reset to help you focus on the choices that actually matter: movement, nourishment, rest, and self-care. When you practise them daily, they stack up into lasting change that feels good, not punishing.

This challenge is for women who are tired of chasing perfection and ready to honour themselves through daily habits that stick.

We’ll never ask you to count calories or chase a number on the scales. Instead, we focus on consistency over intensity, strength over dress size and self-kindness over restriction. We want the shifts you make to impact your life beyond the challenge.

  • Step 2: Complete your Goal Setting Ritual. This is where you choose your 3-4 focus habits (most people commit to Pilates 3x per week, 10K steps a day, plus 1–2 personal habits).
  • Step 3: Track your progress with our tools + community support.
  • Step 4: Celebrate your wins at the end of 21 days!

Need some habit inspo? 

Alongside your 3x Pilates classes each week and 10K daily steps, we encourage you to choose 1–2 meaningful personal habits. Sometimes that means adding small, nourishing rituals into your day, and other times it means letting go of habits that drain your energy. Here’s a library of ideas to inspire you.

Morning Rituals

  • Step outside barefoot for 2 minutes and ground yourself on the earth

  • Watch one sunrise a week (phone-free)

  • Run a cold shower for 30 seconds at the end of your morning shower

  • Swap scrolling in bed for a cup of tea outside

  • Stretch for 5 minutes before the kids wake up

Nourishment & Energy

  • Drink 2L of water daily

  • Add greens to every meal

  • Pack your lunch the night before to avoid rushing

  • Swap your afternoon coffee (swap for herbal tea)

  • No sugary snacks after dinner

  • Eat dinner at the table, not in front of a screen

  • Slow down and savour meals

Mind & Presence

  • Journal one page before bed

  • Meditate for 5 minutes daily

  • Pause for 3 deep breaths before each meal

  • Read for 10 minutes instead of watching TV

  • Light a candle when you finish work to mark the shift into home/family time

Digital Detox

  • No phone for the first 30 minutes after waking up

  • Delete social media apps on the weekends

  • One screen-free evening per week

  • Stop doom-scrolling before bed (replace with a book or music)

Movement & Outdoors

  • Take the stairs instead of the lift

  • Go for a 20-minute walk outside daily

  • Beach walk once a week (bonus: dip your toes in the water)

  • Swap one car trip for walking

  • Do 10 squats, lunges or push-ups while the kettle boils

  • Ride your bike to work one day a week

Rest & Recovery

  • Lights out by 10pm

  • Charge your phone outside of the bedroom at night

  • Try magnesium spray or a warm bath before sleep

  • Schedule one “blank space” afternoon p/week to rest (no chores, no errands) 

  • No screens an hour before sleep

  • Create a bedtime ritual (tea, stretch, read)

  • Wake up at the same time each morning

Connection & Joy

  • Phone a friend once a week

  • Book one “me-time” activity weekly (massage, bath, reading)

  • Share one gratitude at family dinner

  • Dance in your kitchen to one song a day

  • Write down 3 things you’re grateful for each night

  • Plan a family walk after dinner

  • Celebrate small wins with a friend or accountability buddy

Things to Stop (energy drainers)

  • Stop skipping breakfast 

  • Stop hitting snooze 

  • Stop eating lunch at your desk (step away, even for 10 minutes)

  • Stop scrolling while with your kids 

  • Stop negative self-talk (repeat one kind word or phrase to yourself daily)

Honouring Our Habits Challenge FAQs

Who can join?
Anyone! The challenge is open to members and non-members, all fitness levels welcome. However, if you’re pregnant or have just had a baby, please book a prenatal or postnatal assessment to check if the challenge is safe for you. 

Do I need to be a TWB member?
No — this challenge is open to everyone. If you’re a current member, we’ll pause your membership during the challenge so you don’t double pay.

What if I’m new to Pilates?
That’s totally fine. Our team will guide you and give modifications where needed.

What classes are included?
The challenge includes our general reformer classes — Align, Sculpt & Strong. It does not include Pregnancy or Mums & Bubs classes.

Can I join if I’m pregnant or postnatal?
If you’re pregnant or postnatal, you may be able to join our general reformer classes with physio clearance. Please book a prenatal or postnatal assessment before joining so we can guide you safely.

What if I miss a class?
The challenge includes 3 classes per week for 3 weeks. These don’t roll over into future weeks. We encourage you to complete all three each week for the best results.

What happens after I sign up?
You’ll get instant access to your Goal Setting Ritual with Danni. In this you’ll choose the habits, set intentions and map a plan. You can start pre-booking your Pilates classes right away.

What happens after the challenge?
Many participants feel so good they continue with a TWB membership to keep building on their new habits.
