Enya is a passionate physiotherapist who was raised on the Gold Coast, completing her Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2017 and Masters of Physiotherapy at Griffith University in 2019.
During her studies, she completed a clinical placement at Gold Coast University Hospital where she developed her love for treating antenatal and post-natal clients. She has undergone additional training in Women’s Health, addressing areas such as pelvic floor rehabilitation, musculoskeletal obstetric physiotherapy and exercise during pregnancy.

This education, coupled with her background in the health industry, led to a passion for Pilates. She developed a great appreciation for its place in physiotherapy and its use as a rehabilitative tool for practitioners.
Enya believes in the importance of having an integrated approach to patient care in order to appropriately assess, diagnose, treat and work together with clientele to achieve the best results possible and promote quality of life.
