Danni Gillham

(Senior Physiotherapist (Women’s Health))

Danni is a devoted physiotherapist and the principle Pilates instructor at The Wellness Boutique. Her passion for health and wellness stems from growing up in the fitness industry and was further strengthened after completing her Physiotherapy degree. With a firm belief in the importance of exercise for not only rehabilitation but also general wellbeing, Danni expanded her training into the world of Pilates and has never looked back. Her dream to create a space, which encompasses both her love of fitness and rehabilitation, was fulfilled when she created The Wellness Boutique.

With a keen interest for helping women through the many changes that occur across their lives, Danni went on to complete post graduate study in incontinence and pelvic floor retraining as well as pre and post natal physiotherapy. His main passions are football (anything with a ball really!) and crossfit – so much so that he has completed his AWF Weightlifting coach Level 1 course. Anthony’s belief is that movement and strength are the keys to a happy, health and painfree lifestyle. He regularly exercises with his clients whilst taking them through individualised rehabilitation programs to help get them back to moving safely and quickly.
